Mission Statement

Our Mission is and has always been to provide consistent and exceptional service when we repair or install a home elevator or porchlift with each and every client by building long term relationships. Serving the needs and interests of families as they make plans to build or improve access ability in their homes and recreational properties.

Aquarius Home Elevators is an Independent Privately Owned elevator company that services Texas, North Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana.

Aquarius Home Elevators and Lifts installed their first water hydralic home elevator In the fall of 1983 at  the Furniture Connection in Port Charlotte, Florida.  We knew that our systems could safely lift heavy loads under abusive conditions, but were interested in validating them under heavy usage conditions.  That system has been used over 20 times daily, six days per week for over 25 years.  A letter from Mark Volpe, the owner of The Furniture Connection, is available upon request.

In the summer of 1986, we installed our first freight off-load cantilevering platform for Solar, Inc. in Fort Myers, FL.  While completing the installation we lifted a car and took photographs.  Photograph of that installation and a subsequent flyer which depicts that concept are available upon request.
We have an installation at Fleamasters Flea-Market in Fort Myers, FL which has been operational since January, 1993.  It is operated approximately 1,000 times per weekend (over 960,000 cycles to date) without maintenance. 

After Hurricane Ivan in September of 2004 we had many success stories from our long term customers in Gulf Shores, Alabama, Orange Beach, Alabama and Pensacola, Florida. The storm produced minimum of 8 to15 foot tide surges that removed all stairs and propertie that were below every house. The Aquavator Home Elevator Lifts were still intact with minor repairs needed.

After Hurricane Katrina we started working intensely in Mississippi, Louisiana and Alabama with the Red Cross, Salvation Army,Church groups and any organization that needed home elevators or lifts to help the elderly or disabled get back in there homes. We are very proud of the fact we were able toinstall porchlifts and home elevators to help many familys restart their lives. We are very grateful that we accomplished many homes at a non profit rate and still stayed in business.

Our Customers and their testimonies are just amazing. Thank you to our wonderful cutomers that keep refering our water hydraulic elevators to make more happy customers. We designed these lifts for the abusive coastal climate but we never anticipated this type of devastatation with these minor repairs.

We have since installed 375 porch lifts and Home Elevators from Texas,Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida to North Carolina.
